Return Policy and Refunds

Each party may bring claims against the other only in an individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.

Limitation of Liability

Shipping and Delivery

We process and ship orders within 1-3 business days of receiving your order, excluding weekends and holidays. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. tryMicrogenix is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address you provided, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your expense.

For international orders, you are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees imposed by your country. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping costs and are your sole responsibility.
