Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. After your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if available. During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Rates

International Shipping

tryMicrogenix offers international shipping to select countries. Availability may vary depending on your location. For international orders, customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost. Customs processing may cause delays that are outside of our control.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment. tryMicrogenix is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been shipped, it is handled by the carrier. tryMicrogenix is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or other external factors. If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at support@trymicrogenix.net within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will assist in working with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will review the case and may offer a replacement, refund, or store credit.

Risk of Loss

All purchases made from tryMicrogenix are shipped under a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and ownership of the products transfer to you once the order is handed over to the shipping carrier.
